Pasco, Washington - Kevin Padlo smashed a three run home run and extended his hitting streak to 10 games but the Hawks could not pull out the win as they fell to the Tri-City Dust Devils by a score of 11-4.
The Hawks got on the board in the first inning, scoring one run on a two-out RBI single from Brian Mundell that scored Tyler Massey.
With the Hawks trailing 2-1 in the third inning, Kevin Padlo connected for his eighth home run of the season, a three-run homer that gave the Hawks a 4-2 lead.
That would be all the scoring for the Hawks as the Dust Devils rattled off nine unanswered runs on Hawks relievers and took game four of this five game series by a final score of 11-4.
The Hawks (18-37) will look to take the final game of the series against the Dust Devils (31-24) tomorrow night at 8:15 p.m.
Notes: Kevin Padlo is now tied for second for the NWL lead in home runs at eight… Jensen Park made his Hawks debut and went 1 for 3 with a single… The Hawks tied a season high with five errors… Cesar Villaroel picked up his third loss for the Hawks.
